Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Creations de Reve assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages
and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Itsherlife assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email itsherlife@itsherlife.com and notify us immediately.
We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
